Boccia Ireland, a Sub-Committee of Paralympics Ireland, with responsibility for setting up a new independent NGB for the sport of Boccia in Ireland by 2021, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled volunteers to govern the sport during the development period on its Executive Committee. The six roles and the job descriptions are as follows:

The Board of Paralympics Ireland will review the expressions of interest and formally appoint the committee in the coming weeks. They will work with Lyndsey Rankin, recently appointed as Boccia Development Manager.
Expressions of Interest, which should include a short cover letter and an up to date CV, can be sent to boccia@paralympics.ie by 5pm on Friday, 20th May 2016.
Paralympics Ireland, hosted a general meeting of boccia stakeholders on 6th May to outline the plans for the development of the sport in Ireland over the coming years and the pathway to an independent ‘Boccia Ireland’.
