The newly constituted Athletes Commission met for the first time to begin their work in January this year. The Athletes Commission is chaired by Eoghan Clifford who is joined on the commission by Niamh McCarthy, Helen Arbuthnot, Jason Smyth, James Scully, Peter Ryan and Padraic Moran.
The Commission will now be the voice of our athletes with the board of Paralympics Ireland, where Eoghan Clifford is now the athlete representative on the board.
