Phil Eaglesham will be delighted with his performance after finishing on the podium twice at the US Nationals held at Fort Benning in Georgia on Tuesday.
Phil qualified for the final and saved his best performance of the competition for the SH2 R4 Mixed 10m standing competition where, against a strong field, he was the third best finisher in a competition that included several paralympic medallists. In his second event yesterday it was another strong finish for Phil where he clinched silver in the R9 SH2 50m competition.
This marks significant progress for Phil who will hope to replicate and better his performances in more significant events ahead.
