Niamh McCarthy has just smashed the European record with a new personal best of 32.67m adding more than 3 metres to her own record.
The record fell at the Paris Grand Prix where McCarthy was competing in the F41 event. All 6 of Niamh’s throws broke the 30m mark and now she will hope to target both European Gold in August and a possible World Record attempt.
