International Paralympic Committee president, Andrew Parsons, has indicated the IPC’s support for the International Olympic Committee decision to begin scenario planning for the possible postponement of the Olympic Games for the next 4 weeks.
The health and safety of the athletes is paramount to all decisions regarding the involvement of all athletes at this time and Paralympics Ireland will continue to monitor all developments from the IPC, IOC and the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee.
