Join Paralympics Ireland and Allianz at the National Indoor Arena on Sunday, 29 November 2026 for a fun day of trying Para sports and exploring new opportunities.
Allianz NextGen is coming to Dublin, giving participants the chance to try different Para sports, chat to coaches and staff, and find out how to get involved in their local area.
Whether you are completely new to sport, have already started your Para sport journey or would like to try something different, Allianz NextGen is an opportunity to explore your interests in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Throughout the day, you can meet representatives from sports organisations, ask questions and learn about opportunities to continue taking part beyond the event. Parents, coaches and volunteers are also welcome to come along and find out more about supporting people in Para sport.
Who Can Attend?
Allianz NextGen is open to people aged 10 and over with a physical, visual or intellectual impairment, with or without previous sporting experience.
Current and former athletes interested in exploring a different sport are also encouraged to attend. You do not need to have ambitions to compete at the Paralympic Games to take part. Come along, give something new a go and discover what you enjoy.

Following the event, participants will be directed towards relevant clubs and National Governing Bodies to help them take their next steps.
