All roads lead to the United Arab Emirates this week for Irish shooters Seán Baldwin and Philip Eaglesham who will compete in the first IPC Shooting World Cup of 2016 over the course of the coming days.
The talented shooters are set to compete in two events during their stay in the Middle East, with Seán in the 50m three positions on Monday (January 25th) and prone on Wednesday (January 27th).

Meanwhile, Philip will compete in the 10m standing on Tuesday (January 26th) and prone on Wednesday.
The event is being used to test the staff and systems ahead of the Paralympic Games in Rio this September, and both Sean and Philip have now completed equipment control and have trained on the range ahead of their events.

Seán has already won a Games Slot for Ireland, while Phillip will have the opportunity to shoot his second Minimum Qualifying Score, to leave him eligible to win a Bipartite Slot.
