Phil Eaglesham competed in his first event at the Cheongju World Shooting Para Sport Championships and just missed out on the minimum qualifying mark for Tokyo by a single point. A score of 619 with a highest single score of 103.6 left him just one point shy of that minimum qualifying standard.
This was an encouraging start for Phil who still has his best events to come later this week. His next event is the SH2 R5 Mixed 10m Prone event which takes place on Tuesday.
