The 2025 Irish National Closed Table Tennis Championships took place over the weekend at Craigavon Table Tennis Club, with athletes from across the country competing for national titles.
Paralympian Colin Judge regained his National Para Table Tennis title following a closely contested final against Paddy Vaughan. The match went the full distance, with Colin securing a 3-2 win in what was another competitive and high-quality encounter between the two athletes.
This result comes as Colin prepares to return to international competition at the Polish Open, which begins this Wednesday. The event will see him compete against top international players as part of his 2024 season.
Colin competed at his second Paralympic Games in Paris last summer, putting in a strong effort before falling short against world number one Feng Panfeng in the round of 16.
