Ireland will be represented by an eleven-strong squad at the Para Swimming World Series Berlin, taking place from 7–9 May in the German capital.

The competition marks an exciting new chapter for the Berlin meet, with the 2026 edition introducing a dedicated World Series format for the first time. Traditionally integrated into a wider swimming programme, the event will now operate solely as a Para Swimming World Series stop, bringing together leading international Para swimmers from across the globe.

The Irish team travelling to Berlin features a mix of experienced international athletes and emerging talent as preparations continue for a busy international season ahead. Paralympians Barry McClements, Dearbhaile Brady and Deaten Registe are among the athletes selected for the competition.
