Paralympics Ireland is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Classification Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Para sport in Ireland.
This key position will lead the development and implementation of Paralympics Ireland’s classification strategy and programme, ensuring the integrity and sustainability of Para Sport competition. Working collaboratively with the National Classification Committee, Para sport National Governing Bodies (NGBs), and key stakeholders including Sport Ireland, the International Paralympic Committee, and International Federations, the Classification Lead will help create a strong and inclusive system that supports athletes at every stage of their journey.
The role also includes responsibilities in classification evaluation, clean sport initiatives, and the education and training of stakeholders across the Para Athlete pathway—from participation to development, high performance, and Team Ireland representation.
