Paralympics Ireland is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a research assistant to join a new research project in partnership with the University of Limerick which aims to investigate the experience of athletes and coaches within Paralympic pathways in Ireland.
The purpose of the role is to support a new Research Project entitled “Athlete and Coach Experience of Paralympic Gateways & Pathways in Ireland”. The project, funded by Paralympics Ireland, aims to examine the lived experiences of athletes and coaches within Para sport in Ireland. The initiative aims to investigate what constitutes a positive developmental experience and what enhances the recruitment, retention, and overall sporting environment for Para athletes and coaches.
Duration: 5 months (for immediate start or ASAP)
