Paris marked Cassie Cava’s first Paralympic Games. She initially competed for Great Britain until 2017 before switching to represent Ireland in 2018. That same year, she made an immediate impact by winning the PTS4 category at WPS Edmonton. Cassie continued her success on the world stage, securing bronze medals at both the 2018 and 2019 World Triathlon Grand Finals.
