Swim Ireland is recruiting for the newly created position of Disability Pathway Coach.
Reporting to the National Para Swimming Head Coach, the successful candidate will support the development and delivery of opportunities for swimmers with disabilities across the pathway.
The role will involve working with coaches and club committees to promote inclusive practices, strengthen links with disability sport organisations and support the continued integration of para swimming within Swim Ireland.
