A hard working cyclist, Damien is a member of the Comeragh Cycling Club and cites his wife Jennifer as his inspiration.

The Kilkenny native who is now based in Waterford saw all his hard work pay off when he represented Ireland at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio where he finished in 8th place.

Damien has maintained his improvement and is now looking towards Tokyo where he hopes to represent his country on the biggest stage again.
