Jordan Lee showed huge sporting prowess throughout his youth as he excelled in both football and basketball where he created history by becoming the first amputee athlete to represent their country at international level.
Jordan’s talent was spotted at a national talent identification day held post Rio 2016. His basketball ability gave him a natural aptitude for high jump and he has progressed at an incredible rate.
Jordan’s first appearance at a major international event saw him produce a superb performance to secure the bronze medal for Ireland. His progress has continued apace as he has set a personal best of 1 metre 97 cm and will hope to compete for, and secure, a slot at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games in the coming months.
