Tom Williamson won bronze at the 2024 European Triathlon Championships this weekend in Vichy, France. His time of 00:57:06 saw him reach the podium in the PTS5 Men’s category. He was one of four Para athletes competing at the championships.
Twins Chloe and Judith MacCombe were back in action fresh from their Paralympic debuts in Paris. The sisters compete in the PTVI category. Judith and her guide Eimear Nicholls finished 4th overall in a time of 01:06:56 followed very closely by Chloe and her guide Catherine Sands who placed 5th in a time of 01:07:02.
Donnacha McCarthy and his guide Sean Husband placed 7th in the men’s PTVI category in a time of 01:00:26.
