Orla Comerford, who was one of the Irish stars at the Rio Paralympic Games, had her first event of 2018 and it was a promising beginning to her year as she produced two strong performances.
Orla began her 2018 indoor season with two solid performances, running 8.05 for 60m and 26.62 for 200m at the National U23 championships in Athlone last weekend.
Orla will be straight back in action this coming weekend when she runs at the AAI Games at the National Indoor Arena where her ambition will be to maintain her progress throughout the season.
