Para Swimming Manager, Hayley Burke, has been selected as one of Ireland’s Future Leaders in Sport on the prestigious 30 under 30 list published by Sport For Business.
Burke has been a leading figure in Para Sports since her appointment to the role of Para Swimming Manager in 2015 where she was directly responsible for the preparation of the Irish team that competed at the Paralympic Games in Rio 2016. Hayley’s involvement in Para Sports goes further back than her appointment in 2015 as she was also a coach of the 2012 Para Swimming Team that represented Ireland at London 2012.
Hayley is now working towards securing medals for Ireland at the Tokyo and Paris Games and, in the shorter term, she is also preparing Team Ireland for the Para Swimming Allianz European Championships that will be hosted at the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin in August.
