Paralympics Ireland would like to express our sadness on the death of Gerard O’ Grady who passed away last week. Our sympathies to his family, friends and fellow boccia players with Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland. Gerard competed for Ireland at international level on many occasions, most notably when he competed in the BC3 Individual and BC3 Pair with Johnny Cronin at the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens.
