Niall McVeigh has shaken off a serious injury to return and show some great form at the Forza Irish Open that is taking place currently at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena. We chatted to Niall after he narrowly lost out to the World Number #3; Chu from Hong Kong.
Niall talked to us about everything from his performance right through to his injury lay off and his ability to dive after a lost cause.
Niall lost his first match to Man Kai Chu of Honk Kong by the narrow margin of 21-17, 21-28. However, today he clinched a win over India’s Raja Magotra by 21-9, 21-15 to qualify for the Quarter Final.
