• • The Board of Directors are responsible for policy formulation and compliance with our obligations under company law.
  • The Board currently consists of the following positions:
    • President, two Vice-Presidents, a Finance Officer and at least one other directly nominated by and elected by the members.
    • Athletes Representative directly elected by Paralympics Ireland’s Athletes Commission.
    • Independent Directors appointed by the board recruited via a board recruitment process.
