The Board of Paralympics Ireland wishes to announce that after five and a half years at the helm, our CEO, Miriam Malone, will leave the organisation.
We would like to sincerely thank Miriam for her hard work and energy over the period of her leadership that guided the organisation through the European Para Swimming Championships in Dublin, a world pandemic and the postponement of the Paralympic Games and through the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic games.
During her tenure with Paralympics Ireland Miriam was elected as a member of the board of the European Paralympic Committee in 2017 and was re-elected in 2021 for a second term.
We wish Miriam all the best for the future as we in Paralympics Ireland look to continue to drive the organisation forward to deliver in Paris 2024, LA 2028 and beyond.
