Paralympics Ireland is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for research collaboration. We are inviting interested parties to tender for a research project aimed at understanding the athlete and coach experience of Paralympic gateways and pathways in Ireland.

The objective of this research project is to gain insights into the journey of athletes and coaches within the Paralympic pathway in Ireland, including their lived experiences, challenges, and what makes a positive development experience. We believe that this research will not only enhance our understanding but also contribute to the development of more effective support systems for athletes and coaches.
