It has been a great year for our Paralympians as they have continued to achieve on the biggest of stages. Jason Smyth and Michael McKillop both returned from the World Championships in London with a pair of gold medals each, a feat that was replicated by the tandem duo of Katie George Dunlevy and Even McCrystal who were crowned World Champions in September.
Their achievements have all been recognised as they have all been nominated for the RTE Sportsperson of the Year Award that will be presented live on RTE on Saturday, December 16th.
