2024 Paris Paralympian wasted no time in getting back out on track following her Paris 2024 adventure with a fantastic second placed finish at the latest Diamond League competition.
Bocquet competed in the T54 800m at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme Diamond League meeting in Brussels where she produced a superb performance as she crossed the line behind only home town favorite Lea Bayekula.
The Galway woman was the youngest in the field but she has already amassed great experience after competing in three events at the Paralympic Games and contesting a final. Her finishing time of 1:56.52 is a time that will see her contesting major championships in the near future.
